- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- For donations over $200, campaign finance law requires donors to state their occupation and employer, which will be listed publicly on the FEC's website.
- The maximum amount that an individual can donate to an election campaign is $3,300.
