The SEP's candidates Kishore and White are on the ballot in three states: Michigan, New Jersey, and Washington. Additionally, we have write-in status in the District of Columbia and 12 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois's Cook County, Kansas, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, and Wyoming.

Our party is also pursuing write-in status in key areas such as New York, Maryland, Virginia, Minnesota, and California, and will likely have write-in status in each of these states.
